DCalling has extended its Callback-Service. The new SMS-Callback is available now.

To request a callback you can send an SMS to the SMS Callback-number and you will be connected to the destination number by the DCalling system. The SMS Callback-number can be found in your login area on www.dcalling.com.

We offer different possibilities to use the SMS-Callback:

1. You want to receive the callback to the number from which you have sent the SMS? In this case just send a SMS with the number which you want to call the the DCalling SMS-Callback-number and you will receive the callback and be connected automatically.

2. You want to use our callback-service but receive to callback on a different number? Then send a SMS to our SMS-Callback-number with the number on which you want to receive the callback and the number which you want to call. You will receive the callback quickly and be connected to the wished number.

Please consider that for possibility 2 and 3 the number from which the SMS is send need to be registered in your DCalling-account. Otherwise identification is not possible.

3. You want to initiate the callback from a number, which is not registered in your DCalling-Account and receive the callback on a different number? In this case send a SMS with the number on which you want to receive the callback, the number you want to call and your DCalling-cardnumber to the SMS-callback-number. The cardnumber is needed for relating the number with your DCalling-account.

Here are the formats in Short form:

1. destination number
2. Own number destination number
3. Own number destination number card number

The own numberl can be every number on which you want to receive the callback.

In case of a different format of the incoming SMS our system will make a call at the number, which have send the SMS, as long as the number is registered in a DCalling-account. After taking the call you will be asked for the wished number you want to call, like the procedure of the standard Callback-Service.
