You can use DCalling even in countries, where DCalling has no dial-in number yet. Using DCalling Callback you can save roaming costs while travelling in a foreign country.

You just need a local landline or local mobile phone, where you can receive calls. Using this line you call our callback number in Germany. Just let it ring and hang up again. You will be called back immediately by our computer asking the destination where you would like to phone to. Now just enter the destination number and start calling without paying roaming fees.

Of course this service can also be used for national calls, if you do not want to cause any costs for the owner of the local telephone connection.

Just use one of the following possibilities:

1. Normal Callback: Just use the callback as it is described above. Call the Callback-number, hang in and you will receive the callback on the number from which you have called,

Example: You are in a foreign country and want to call someone in a different country? Then use our normal callback-service.

2. Callback + Speed dial (e.g. Callback number-1): You will receive the callback and will be connected automatically to the speed dial number which is registered under speed dial 1.

Example: You are on holidays and want to call your family at home, whose number is registered as a speed dial in your DCalling-account? Then use this callback-possibility. You will be connected automatically with your speed dial, after you have received the callback.

3. Callback + 0 + position number of your own number* (e.g. Callback number-0-2): You will receive the callback to the number, which is registered in your DCalling account as your own number 2.

Example: You want to call from office, without causing any costs to your employer? With this option you can receive the callback on your office number, if it is registered in your DCalling-account.

4.Callback + Speed dial + 0 + position number of your own number* (e.g. Callback number-4-0-2): You will receive the callback to the number, which is registered in your DCalling account as your own number 2 and will be connected automatically to the speed dial number which is registered under speed dial 4.

Example: You want to receive the callback on your office phone and be connected automatically to your family. Register the number of your family as a speed dial and use our callback-service 4.

*The position number of your own number can be found in your DCalling-account > Telephone > Phone numbers

Using Callback will create charges for two lines. The costs of the callback itself and the costs for calling the destination will add up to the final amount. Prices for all destinations can be found in the pricelist.

Also make sure that the number on which you want to be called back is registered in your login-area under "Telephone > Phone numbers"

Please use ONLY SIM-cards of the country, where you are located in, since otherwise you will have to pay roaming fees.
