Since this morning German DCalling customers using Eplus as their mobile network provider cannot call our dial-in 0221-9888400 any more, since Eplus has barred calls to this number.
If you are affected you can use our new dial-in number:
0221-9888333
Please note, that this is NOT a problem in the DCalling system, but an intended blockage of callthrough service numbers by Eplus. If you want to take any action against this blockage please turn to your Eplus customer service.
We are very sorry about these inconveniences. If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.
