If you would like to delete your DCalling Account, please send an email to our support at support@dcalling.de.
Within the first 14 days after creating your account you have the right of withdrawal, i.e. your balance will be refunded without administrative charges. Afterwards, your balance will be refunded deducting an administrative charge of 35% (at least 5 Euro). Alternatively you can just use up your balance completely. In general, there are no charges for deleting an account.
