Reseller

How to register - free and non-binding - your DCalling Reseller account:

Please visit our site https://login.dcalling.de/reseller and follow the registration-link to fill out the entry form. State your data, mail-ID and password. Fields marked with * are mandatory. To get registered as Reseller you have to accept the general terms of business and the confidentiality agreement.

After your registration you will receive a link you have to follow to activate your account. Therefore you have to upload or fax the notice of receipt and your trade licence. Once activated you can immediately login and find your card number.

Hier stehen Ihnen folgende Funkionen zur Verfügung:

1. ACCOUNT INFO


Here you can see your registration data, card number and account balance. From within the login area you can also top up your account via bank transfer. Currently Resellers can just pay via bank transfer and recharge at least 500,-Euro. The Reseller margin is 10 percent.

2. CREATE NEW CARD


You can create a new card and define the amount of balance and the caller ID. After selecting “create new card” the amount is taken-off your account and transmitted to the customer’s card. The receipt pops up and can be printed out. It is important that you deactivate the pop-up-blocker so that the receipt can be shown.

3. LIST/ RECHARGE CARDS


Here you can get a card’s information by entering the card number or caller ID. You can add caller IDs, recharge or have a look at recent recharges. If you recharge a card a receipt pops up and can be printed out. It is important that you deactivate the pop-up-blocker so that the receipt can be shown.

4. INVOICES


Here you can see the invoices.

5. SUPPORT


Payment receipts quote the Reseller’s mail-ID and contact number as support. The requests are primarily answered by the Reseller. If you do not know how to solve a certain problem, you can contact our support.

6. PASSWORD


You can change your password here.
