The regular Call-by-Call System is only available for costumer who have an access of the Telekom. To use the Call-by-Call service you dial so-called Call-by-Call-Numbers. Before you dial the call number you dial the accordant Call-by-Call-Number and you will be connected to a foreign country for low rates. The rates for calls to foreign countries offered by private are often articulately higher than the rates of the Call-by-Call-Service. Therefore are the Call-by-Call numbers often blocked by the private. As an alternative to a Call-by-Call-Service it is recommendable to use a <Callthrough> service, because it can be used with all accesses.
Instead of <Call-by-Call> services you can also use Calling Cards. You can buy a Calling Card at Call shops and at the kiosk. To use the Calling Card you dial the Dial-in-number of the service and enter your PIN, which you can find on your Calling Card. This way you can use a Calling Card to make international calls for a low rate. Unfortunately there have been provider of Calling Cards ex.g. bluerate, who have been corrupt. The costumer could not use their Calling Cards anymore and did not get their money back. Instead of using Calling Cards it is a more secure and easier way to use Callthrough services.
If you use your cell phone for international calls you have to pay Roaming fees. The EU constituted a maximum for Roaming fees. Since 2009 you have to pay Roaming fees about 43 Cents for outgoing calls and 19 Cents for incoming calls. Roaming fees are a grave matter of expense. If you use the Callback you do not have to pay Roaming fees, because the connection is established by DCalling and not by any other provider. This way Roaming fees can be avoided.
Provider are contractor of telecommunication- and/or also internet-services. If you use DCalling you can transfer some services from your private provider to Dcalling. It is recommendable to compare the prices of the private provider and DCalling. Very often the transfer of services from the private provider to DCalling is a good method to save costs, especially for international calls. If your provider offers a flatrate for land line calls, the call to your Dial-in-number is for free. Especially in this case, it is very recommendable to use the ultra low pay scales of DCalling.
